Prof.asoc.dr. Ajtene Avdullahi is Professor of Entrepreneurship and SMEs management as well as Macroeconomics at the University “Isa Boletini”. Despite her academic career she has also worked on various organizations and institutions in the field of management and finance. During her PhD studies she has attended research mobility at the University “Sophia Antipolis” in Nice, France. This year she was part of the Teaching Staff Mobility at the Faculty of Economics “West Pomeranian University of Technology” in Szczecin, Poland. She has published numerous research paper and presented at the conferences. Her research interest is in the field of Entrepreneurship, SMEs management, Macroeconomics, Unemployment of youth and women as well as gender equality
